July monthly meeting date and venue change

GENERAL MEETING – Saturday 24th July..
We are bringing VMX to the regions..
In response to the survey earlier this year, with Members indicating difficulties in getting to Perth midweek for the Club meeting..the next General Meeting will be held in Mandurah.. location is Skills Strategies International 191-193 Mandurah Terrace. ( see map)
Meeting gets underway at 6.00.. followed by traditional pizza.. those living outside the metro , come along and have some input into the running of the club
This will replace the meeting that would have normally been held on the 28th July at Como bowling club.

Ron Tyers Memorial Ride Day – Lightweight Motorcycle Club 1/8/21 – Meeting Postponed new date TBA

UPDATE 25/7/21 – RON TYERS MEMORIAL HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. NEW DATE TBA

Lightweight Motorcycle Club and the Vintage Motocross Club of WA present the 1st Ron Tyers Memorial Ride Day at Hendley Park Motocross track, Byford.
This event has been put together to recognise the hard work and effort Ron Tyers put into grass roots Motocross in Western Australia. There will be classes catering for Vintage and Classic Motocross weapons, Vintage Sidecars and late model 125cc and upwards.
This event is open to anyone who wants to come down and show their support to the man who supported the industry for so long. Club memberships are not required. Riders fee of just $30 for the day!
Flaggies are being supplied by the two clubs but extra helpers are always welcomed!
Hang around afterwards for a snag and a beer from the bar catch up with old race mates and reminisce on your memories of Ron.
The track will be freshly prepped and groomed!
We look forward to seeing you there for an action packed day!
