All financial members are advised that the Annual General Meeting for 2023 will be held on Sunday the 26th November 2023 between 830 and 1230 at 7 Sobek Pass, Bibra Lake.
All committee positions will be declared vacant and the committee for 2024 will be voted on. If you have considered joining the committee in any capacity and have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us leading up to the AGM. If you are unable to attend the AGM and would like to nominate for a committee position please contact us so you can be put forward on the day.
For those unable to attend click here to download a proxy form in order to nominate a proxy to act on your behalf. Please note these need to be received either by mail, email or in person prior to the commencement of the meeting.
