The countdown has begun for the annual Mill Farm Scramble incorporating the Dan Ferguson Memorial Handicap. Entry forms are now available click here for an entry form. Please note that entries will close on Friday the 16th August and everyone is encouraged to get their entries in early. Track setup will be on Saturday the 24th August from 1pm and everyone is encouraged to assist. Track packup will be at the end of racing and all competitors are asked to assist prior to the presentations.
We have Round 2 of the VMXWA world championship being run mid way through the day with the British GP Farleigh Castle theme for both solos and sidecars. There is also a Best of British feature event so start digging out those British Bikes in readiness for the weekend.
One event competition licences for those that don’t have an annual competition licence are encouraged to be purchased through ridernet with a large financial saving, $83.64 on ridernet vs $100 at the track. This also reduces the amount of paperwork required at sign on and helps everything flow smoother.
This event is open to all Pre ’75 machines with grade racing, Over 60s, Pre ’65, Pre’70 and Sidecar classes all being available. Mill Farm is always an event not to miss.
The Wandering Tavern is open for meals on Saturday night for those who don’t want to have to cook for the weekend.
